Key Responsibilities:



  • Updating client claims details via bespoke visualfiles system

  • Handling ULR cases assisting clients in recovering losses such as their motor policy excess following a road traffic accident.

  • Completing data entry tasks ensuring departmental systems are kept up to date via use of Microsoft packages like Excel

  • Use of Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues

  • Reporting of data to various departments within business

  • Daily use of email to clients and internal colleagues

  • Delivering/transferring online files between teams and departments

  • Assisting in the preparation of companywide communications and presentations

  • Handling emails and phone calls in a professional manner

  • Managing enquiries and following up on actions

  • Helping to manage the office facility including maintaining stationary stock levels


Required Skills:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisation skills

  • A polite and confident telephone manner

  • An ability to work using own initiative

  • An ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good numerical skills

  • Good team working skills

  • Good IT/keyboard skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages is desirable

  • Good time management skills


Additional Information:



  • Salary - £15,000 per annum

  • Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm
