Do you want to help adults improve their maths skills? At Realise, we’re searching for people who are passionate about developing and supporting our learners to fulfil their potential. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a functional skills tutor to join the adult education team based in the Kirklees / Bradford area. Full and part time roles are available. The Role Your role will be varied, but the core focus will always be to support learners to meet their goals and succeed in their courses. You will achieve this through developing sessions that meet the requirements of the core curriculum and key/functional skills standards, to ensure that learners achieve positive results, ensuring students have stretching targets which maintain their motivation and focus on the challenges ahead and to encourage lifelong learning. You will be required to deliver maths functional skills at level 1 and level 2. Your role will involve:
