As part of a friendly, committed and highly skilled team, the successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for the events industry along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Using your extensive project management skillset and industry expertise, you'll skilfully lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of large-scale creative projects for blue chip brands, working collaboratively to exceed client and business objectives and expectations. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy which offers a hybrid working pattern and a range of excellent benefits. As part of this interesting and truly varied role, there will be exciting opportunities to travel both in the UK and overseas. As Project Manager, you will have the following key duties and responsibilities: Leading the delivery of virtual, hybrid and live events Working on project concepts and new briefs for clients Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement Advising on, and managing, production and technology concepts to enhance events including creative ways to engage audiences in person and digitally Overseeing all production elements of delivery including video, technical, graphics and digital including onsite, utilising third-party supply chain Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc. Budget management Onsite event delivery and management, including travel within the UK and overseas as required Other related project leadership duties as requiredWe're looking for a Project Manager with the following skills and experience: Extensive experience in a similar role involving the planning, coordination, production and project management of large-scale corporate events and / or exhibitions within an agency environment Proven evidence of large-scale project production and delivery within the events sector, as well as a having a strong understanding of technology and different communication platforms Committed to continuously developing a sound knowledge of the events sector and staying informed of news and industry trends Creative thinker with ability to generate new ideas Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing; with the ability to build and maintain good long-term business relationships with hotels, venues and suppliers Enjoys contributing ideas and working as part of a collaborative team.Hours of work 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon and Friday work from Home, office-based Tues / Wed / Thurs Occasional weekend work with time off in lieuSalary and benefits: Up to £40,000 depending on experience Performance-related bonus 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) Christmas office closure Laptop and mobile phone provided Business credit card for business-related expenses |
