About the role:

As a marketing executive, you will work with the early years and education sector to promote the many benefits of apprenticeships and generate inbound leads for the sales team.

This role would suit a marketing generalist who is comfortable utilising different tactics and channels. You will be utilising tools such as email software, social media, paid advertising, SMS platforms and direct mail. ?

You will have access to a supportive marketing team and a wide range of early years specialists to help you flourish in your role. Plus, you will benefit from expert advice from our graphic designers, PR agency, videographer, photographer, web agency and SEO expert.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing the marketing plan for early years and education with the support of the marketing manager and head of sector.
  • Delivering the plan with the support of the wider marketing team and retained agencies.
  • Supporting the early years and education sector to meet their ambitious growth targets by capturing and sharing leads.
  • Working with colleagues to gather the expert knowledge required for your new campaigns.
  • Working with existing employers for dedicated recruitment campaigns.
  • Supporting the public relations agency to position Realise as the apprenticeship provider of choice for the early years sector.
  • Promoting our series of webinars with leading early years experts.
  • Creating a suite of case studies to showcase the life-changing impact that apprenticeships can have.
  • Working with the business development team to ensure that all marketing activity is aligned with the sales strategy.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure that the early years and education promotional activity is scheduled onto the content planner.
  • Upholding the integrity of the Realise brand in all that you do, ensuring that the brand guidelines are always followed.

You will be (essential requirements):

  • Experienced within marketing and communications. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience.
  • An excellent copywriter.
  • Proficient with WordPress.
  • Able to use social media platforms independently.
  • Passionate about the early years and education sector.
  • An excellent stakeholder manager, with effective communication skills.
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable about procuring advertising space.
  • Comfortable working in a team as well as alone to achieve agreed deadlines.
  • English and Maths GCSE A-C / grade 4 or equivalent.

You might also be (desirable requirements):

  • Qualified through a degree or apprenticeship in marketing (knowledge and experience is the most important thing).
  • Knowledgeable about Pay Per Click advertising.
  • An expert in SEO.
