Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with a special interest in Retina to join the team of 14 consultants at Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust, based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital with clinical commitments at High Wycombe General Hospital / Amersham Hospital and Hemel Hempstead Hospital.
This post is for 10 PAs per week. Applicants must be on the specialist register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of a certificate of completion of training (CCT) or have the certificate of eligibility of specialist registration (CESR), at the time of the interview for the post.
This is a replacement post for the Department. The work will focus on the whole scope of medical retina. This post will take responsibility for leading the Retinal services alongside our 3 other Retinal consultants across the three main hospital sites (Stoke Mandeville, High Wycombe & Amersham).
