Candidate Location: Manchester, Liverpool & Preston
The Role: As a BDE your role is to set up appointments via the phone for the Head of BD in the NW to sit, in most cases you will accompany them on the visit. Selling a range of furniture packages that prepare residential properties to be sold or let you will forge relationships with Estate Agents as well as some Developers and Investors. Appealing is that you are working for the main player in a niche market, so despite being tasked with developing new business it is far from a cold approach. The sell is based on nurturing ongoing partnerships rather than a hard-transactional business, so a softer approach is required.
