Heineken Apprenticeship & Graduate Programmes

Heineken Graduate Programme. The Heineken Graduate programme is highly competitive with even higher expectations. Graduate programmes include:
Brewery Operations – You’ll be based at Tadcaster, Manchester or Hereford with the Brewery Manager as your direct mentor.
Leadership – There are numerous routes to choose from in the leadership programme from HR, Sales and much more. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop great commercial and networking skills while reaching your goals.
International – Are you an international, mobile graduate? Heineken has operating companies in 70 countries around the world.
Heineken Apprenticeship Programme. The Heineken Apprenticeship Programme will be in the engineering discipline and last four years. This will involve both practical on the job training as well as formal further education apprenticeship qualifications. The applicant is required to hold 5 GCSE’s or equivalent – which must include at least a B in Maths.
