What will you do? The Hill Dickinson trailblazer Apprenticeship programme is a two-year structured training programme. Based in their Liverpool or Manchester office, you’ll join as a trainee paralegal and complete your nationally recognised CILex Level 3 in Legal Services Diploma – your first step in becoming a qualified lawyer or legal executive. You earn a salary while you train. From day one, you’ll work in a busy legal team, shadowing lawyers, preparing court documents, conducting research, liaising with clients and doing general administration tasks.
