What Will You Be Doing?

During your Apprenticeship, you will provide support to the Barnsley Aftersales Department in a variety of different ways, including:

Meeting & greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone. Liaising with the Workshop and other departments. Using the computer systems to assist with duties such as diarising work for the Workshop. Stock control and ordering of parts Using both internal and external computer systems Achieving pre-defined targets for upselling various Aftersales products & services Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards.

A £4000 Loyalty Bonus to be paid on completion of 6 years service with Pentagon Motor Group

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:30pm.
