Apprentice Veterinary Care Assistant

We are looking for a new team member to join us. This position is for a full time Apprentice Veterinary Care Assistant, with a love for both animals and people, providing great patient care and customer service. 

You will be enrolled on a VCA Level 3 online course, lasting up to 18 months, with full training both on and off the job to allow you to complete the course. 

We are looking for a candidate working 35-40 hours a week, including availability on shifts that may start at 8.30am and finish at 7pm, and also 1 in 3 Saturday’s.

We need a confident individual with an enthusiastic and cheery disposition to help in a busy clinical area with medical standard cleaning, prep room set up and animal handling, depending on where assistance is needed.

A friendly and forward nature is needed as well as dynamism to keep up with the standards required in the clinical areas.
