Location:Broadway, Worcestershire

Salary:£34,000 + approx. £3,000 in tips

Schedule:4.5 days/week (5 during peak periods)

Accommodation:Live-in available

Holiday:28 days annual leave




About the Role



A rare opportunity to join a highly regarded 2 AA Rosette country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Known for its elegant dining and seasonal British menus, this is a kitchen where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the forefront. We’re looking for a passionate and drivenChef de Partieto join the brigade and play a hands-on role across all sections.




Key Responsibilities





  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across various sections




  • Support senior chefs in delivering smooth service and prep




  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency




  • Help train and guide junior team members




  • Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal changes where relevant




  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations






Candidate Profile





  • 3+ years’ experience in rosette-level or high-quality kitchens




  • Comfortable running your own section and working under pressure




  • Genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and progress




  • Team-focused with a calm, professional attitude




  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards




  • Pastry or multi-section experience is an advantage

  • Salary: £34,000 base per year
