Are you highly organised, friendly, and looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, creative environment? Join our growing team as a Client Services Admin Support, where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.
As part of our Client Services Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day admin and order processing tasks that keep our operation running smoothly. It’s a fantastic opportunity to grow with a business that values development, teamwork, and great service.
Responsibilities:
- Processing client orders using our bespoke online portal and internal systems (full training provided)
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks as required
- Checking deliveries to sites and producing proof of delivery (POD) reports
- Communicating with courier companies to resolve delivery issues
- Answering inbound calls from clients and providing helpful, friendly assistance
- Providing general day-to-day support to the Client Services Team
- Maintaining accurate records of client orders, delivery logs, and service issues
- Compiling and updating internal reports using Excel and other data tools
- Assisting with data entry, validation, and basic analysis to support client service improvements
- Monitoring KPIs and service metrics to help identify trends or areas for improvement

- Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner
- A reliable, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow clear instructions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, formulas)
- Comfortable working with data and keen to learn more about reporting and analysis
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Working hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm, 39 hours per week.
