Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Compliance Admin Apprentice to support our sales and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.


Responsibilities:



  • Sales support:Assisting the sales team by preparing and sending customer quotes.
  • Supplier coordination:Helping complete supplier forms and responding to supplier queries.
  • Compliance assistance:Supporting the completion of compliance and accreditation documentation.
  • CRM management:Updating and maintaining customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Reporting:Using Microsoft Excel to create and update reports for internal use.
  • General administration:Providing additional administrative support as required by the team.


Desirable skills:



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Entry requirements:



  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject


You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.


If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:


40 hours per week.
