Heirloom Fair Legal is a provider of legal financing focused on UK individual and small business consumer protection claims. We use data and technology to bring efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation to legal finance operations. Backed by a family office and a strong internal capital base, our team has over 20 years of experience in legal, technology, and finance.
You’ll support and execute creative campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta, contribute to content strategy, and help amplify our brand online. Alongside social media, you'll also gain exposure to broader digital marketing areas including SEO, paid media, and website content.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms (training provided).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our social following.
- Spot trends and suggest content ideas relevant to our brand and audience.
- Track and compile performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Assist with updating the WordPress site, including posting blog content and landing page tweaks.
- Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, metadata updates, and basic performance monitoring.
Desirable skills:
- Passionate about digital marketing and storytelling.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Comfortable using (or eager to learn) Canva and basic scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- A good eye for visual consistency and branding.
- Curious and analytical mindset.
- Some familiarity with digital platforms like Google Ads, WordPress, or email marketing tools is a bonus.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
