Overview:

Nine Twenty Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support our Founder and the rest of the team.

What’s involved?

• 
  
• Working as first response in the Digital Support Team to all incoming enquiries and problem solving to transfer these accurately to internal stakeholders.
  
• Becoming the business superuser in Firefish to input all relevant client or candidate information into the system.
  
• Formatting CVs into their template using Word and uploading these to Firefish.
  
• Working collaboratively across social media platforms for advertising campaigns and events such as Linkedin, Facebook and Event Bright.
  
• Utilising Photoshop and Canva to create flyers and social media posts then advertising this on social media.
  
• Utilising Adobe sign for sending business terms to clients and candidates and storing these documents.
  
• Managing candidate applications via excel and running reports to send to internal stakeholders.
  

What do they need from you? 

• 
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. 
  
• High attention to detail. 
  
• Great organisation skills and willing to learn. 
  

Salary:£18,000 per annum.

Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a full time role.

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.  Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work.  They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
