Bar-One Clothing started in Queen Street, Glasgow in 1982 selling blank wholesale garments. Their director realised there was a gap in the market for quality screen printing and embroidery services so decided to expand and Bar One Clothing has gone from strength to strength. Now with 40 years of screen printing, embroidery and garment wholesale experience under our belt, they like to think they know a thing or two about supplying blank and decorated garments. Overview:
Bar One Clothing have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to work within the Finance Support Team.
What’s involved?
- Working in the finance support team as first response to all queries to customers and colleagues internal and external to provide support and guidance before passing on to the relevant team
- Becoming a superuser in the bespoke finance system Back Office to manage accounts and send out customer invoices and look at bank statements
- Utilising Office 356 for manging customer orders and tracker updates
- Utilising the Adobe System to send terms and conditions to clients and customers to sign
- Utilising Microsoft suite such as Excel for reporting and managing user requests
What do they need from you?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- High attention to detail
- Great organisation skills and willing to learn
Salary:£16,380 per annum
Working week:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm
