Rentahome are a family run property management company with over 12 years’ experience in the property renovation and rental market. Rentahome are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting two Digital Applications Support Apprentice's! This apprentice's will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Paisley office.
Responsibilities:
- Working in the Digital Support team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
- Becoming a superuser in SME Professional and you will be responsible for managing job information, personal documents and logging key movements.
- Collaborating with your colleagues, you will support with advertising properties through Canva and scheduling viewing dates.
- Supporting with documenting Inspections and scheduling future inspections through Snapinspect
- Completing tenancy agreement documents through Letting Web and Let Alliance as you will be using them for reference checks.
- Using Microsoft Packages as part of your daily routine such as Teams and Excel to update records and collaborate with client's via a shared drive.
- Using Microsoft 365 to update and maintain shared files

- Reliable and able to stay on top of tasks.
- Comfortable communicating clearly — whether that’s in person, over email, or via chat.
Salary:£7,852 - £10,400 per annum.
Working hours:Part time, 20 hours per week, 3 days per week, 9am - 5pm.
