Tradewind Recruitment are working with secondary schools across Haringey who are seeking Graduate Maths Teaching Assistants to support learners in KS3 and KS4 who require extra help with their understanding of mathematical concepts. You'll be joining supportive departments where your subject knowledge and enthusiasm can have a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in Maths lessons and booster sessions
Delivering one-to-one or small group interventions for students at various attainment levels
Helping prepare resources and assist in tracking student progress
Encouraging student engagement and improving academic confidence
Collaborating with teaching staff to support behaviour and focusWhat We're Looking For:

A Maths or numeracy-focused degree
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Confidence working with young people
