What You'll Be Doing


Deliver excellent sales and service across inbound and outbound callsConvert new business leads and retain existing clientsHandle renewals, cancellations, and complaints with confidence and empathyCross-sell and up-sell insurance products from a diverse portfolioAchieve and exceed monthly sales and customer service KPIsMaintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA standardsContinuously develop product knowledge across multiple insurance brandsSupport fair customer treatment by providing clear, informed advice

About You

Essential Skills & Experience


Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer roleProven success in selling within a regulated environmentStrong ability to meet and exceed performance targetsExcellent listening, communication and rapport-building skillsTeam-focused with a positive, results-driven attitude

Desirable Extras


Previous experience in insurance or financial servicesExposure to working across multiple product linesFamiliarity with insurance documentation and complianceConfident in using Microsoft Office tools
