Essential Experience: Previous experience within Accounting in Banking or Financial service IN Financial planning, reporting and analysis

Key Responsibility
Regulatory & Financial Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports (e.g., CBIRC, LCR) and other financial data.
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes.
  • Develop and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures.


Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Coordinate the formulation of business plans, budgets, and strategy, monitoring progress to maximize earnings and minimize risk.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Conduct quarter-end and year-end business forecasting.


Process Improvement & Automation

  • Collaborate with the Product Control team to automate FTP reporting and optimize financial processes.
  • Drive the automation of financial reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.


Risk & Compliance

  • Monitor capital adequacy, liquidity, and large exposures for all entities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, report, and escalate material risk events (e.g., conduct risk, conflicts of interest) to the Head of Finance.


Performance & Policy Management

  • Contribute to the Annual Performance Assessment Policy and departmental KPI tracking.
  • Work with business managers to maintain robust accounting records and internal controls.


Ohters

  • Support the Head of Finance and Senior Management with special initiatives as required.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting/finance qualification(e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin(written and spoken).
  • Pass experiencein accounting, banking, or auditing (financial services preferred).
  • Strong knowledgeof regulatory reporting, financial analysis, and liquidity risk.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and presenting recommendations.
  • Advanced IT skills(MS Office, financial systems, automation tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
