What you'll be doing:
As our new Office Support Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy office. You’ll learn a wide range of skills and gain valuable experience, including:
- Act as the first responder in a helpdesk-based role by answering query tickets raised by customers or potential customers, triage where necessary
- Communicate with customers via Outlook email to provide support, updates, or follow-ups as needed.
- Become a systems expert and use the ‘Adminbase’ CRM system to access and update customer information, follow up on potential leads, manage ongoing customer interactions, communicate with customers and document management.
- Book meetings and manage appointments using the diary function in Adminbase.
- Check if customer transactions have been paid in the Xero system and update records by marking them as paid. Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure smooth cash flow of the business.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Basic IT skills (training provided).
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
No previous experience is required – this is the perfect opportunity for a school or college leaver looking to kick-start their career.
Salary:£19,000 per annum.
Working hours:9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
