About the role…
Ipsum is a fast-growing utility and infrastructure business, focused on delivering essential services to communities while supporting our people to develop their skills and reach their full potential. This role is to support our continued growth in our Planning team.
This role provides admin support to the Planning Team assisting in the coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance. You will assist in all aspects of the team’s duties to ensure wedeliver a professional andefficient service to our clients.
This is a full-time permanent role based out of the Hillington office.
As a Apprentice Planning Admin you will… - Working alongside the Planning Team to assist in the coordination of work, duties include but are not limited to:
- Reactive call handling and email correspondence – notifying and confirming attendances
- Support with the submission of timely reports and completion evidence - updating clients and databases accordingly
- Provide admin support to ensure efficient operation - booking vehicles into disposal sites, submitting hotels requests or subsistence for crews working away, and arranging equipment hire.
- Support clerical functions by scanning, filing, and archiving compliance documents such as waste transfer notes.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary with engineer liaison and support
