Location -East of England based; travel and regular office/onsite working will be required.

Hours -37 a week, applications for part time and job share are welcome.

Start Date- Monday September 2nd 2024, final interviews to take place 10th May.

Salary: £26,534 - £31,000 depending on your skill set & company car

Our SHES training programme is designed to provide you with invaluable, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of safety, health, and environmental management areas. You'll collaborate closely with seasoned professionals, taking on meaningful responsibilities such as supporting risk assessments, delving into accident and incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to vital regulations and standards.

Tailored Training:

On our 24-month programme, we understand that everyone comes to us with a unique background and skill set. That's why our tailored training is designed to cater to your personal strengths and experiences. As part of the programme, you will engage in dynamic rotations across the East of England network, gaining hands-on experience and honing your expertise. Training can include industry-respected qualifications such as NBOSH, IOSH, Foundation Safety Awareness and industry bespoke qualifications. We believe in personalised growth, ensuring that your training journey is not only comprehensive but also aligns seamlessly with your professional aspirations.   • We welcome candidates with a diploma, NVQ or degree in Health and Safety, environmental, security, technical/engineering or the equivalent work experience.

  • Willingness to learn, develop and shape your own career.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role so a valid unrestricted right to work in the UK is required.
