Position Overview
As a Private Client Lawyer working in a busy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to clients and you will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, managing existing clients, and developing your own client base.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and support to clients in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Probate

Draft and execute Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients
Assist clients with estate and later life planning matters
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Undertake general marketing activities on behalf of the department and company

Requirements

Private Client Lawyer with 2+ PQE

Excellent client relationship management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in undertaking marketing activities is advantageous
