What you’ll be doing:
Support 1:1 and small group learning—making sure no child feels left behind
Help deliver learning plans—tailored support, positive routines, and small wins that build confidence
Stay calm and kind—especially when things get challenging
Be a team player—working closely with teachers, parents, and specialists
Bring positivity—foster an environment where pupils feel safe, seen, and supported
What we’re looking for:
Right to work in the UK
DBS on the update service or happy to apply
Experience working with children, especially those with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Patience, warmth, and great communication
A flexible, can-do attitude—you’re not phased by the unexpected

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
