What do Monarch Apprenticeships involve?
Monarch Apprenticeships provide a unique learning and development opportunity to school leavers looking for a credible alternative to university and college. During your Apprenticeship with Monarch you’ll combine a mixture of on the job training and off the job training which will allow you to gain a wide range of highly sought skills, a nationally recognised qualification and essential work experience so you can enjoy a long and fulfilling career within aircraft engineering.
You’ll begin your Apprenticeship with a level 2 where you will be building your knowledge and experience, so you’re prepared for the level 3 phase of your Apprenticeship which will involve practical work on aircraft mechanical/avionic systems. You’ll then complete your Apprenticeship with an End Point Assessment to show you are competent within your job role.
During your Apprenticeship with Monarch you’ll be offered an abundance of support throughout to help you to advance your career in aircraft engineering.
