Your Path to Excellence in Energy

The RWE Apprenticeship is a four-year commitment that paves the way for you to emerge as a craft specialist. During the first two years, you'll work towards achieving a BTEC Level 3 diploma and an NVQ Level 2 in engineering practices. The subsequent years, three and four, will see you progressing to an NVQ Level 3 in power plant maintenance. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas:
