Our Story

D&D London is a collection of 40+ diverse restaurants, bars and one hotel based principally in London, but also with locations in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Paris and New York.

The company was co-founded back in 2006 by CEO David Loewi.

We’re acutely aware that we’re only as good as our people, so we’re constantly on the hunt for future stars (D&D alumni include Chris Galvin, John Torode, Robin Gill, Mark Jarvis, and Russell Norman to name a few), and once we’ve found them do everything we can to keep them happy!

How does it work? - During your Apprenticeship, you will:

• Develop in line with the Commis Chef Apprenticeship standard

• Work 4 days a week as part of the team in one of our kitchens

• Spend 1 day a week at college in practical and theoretical classes

• Be mentored by one of our top chefs to make sure you are fully prepared for your End-Point Assessment
