An apprenticeship is a modern, hands-on way to get started in your dream career. You’ll be working with an employer and earning a competitive salary whilst also developing your digital skills in one of our forward-thinking disciplines. As an apprentice with QA, you’ll be supported every step of the way, from recruitment right through placement, whilst you’re working on the job. We’ve also launched a community for our apprentices after they have completed their apprenticeships with us – the first of its kind in the UK.

Who can do an apprenticeship?

For most apprenticeships, you need to be aged 16 and over, be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a minimum of five GCSEs or the equivalent.

Maths and English are important skills for any career, so you’ll need to have them under your belt. Here’s where it gets a bit technical. You’ll need to (at least) have a Functional Skills qualifications at Level 2 in Maths and English. Don’t worry, we’ll check your qualifications for you when you apply and explain.
