Apprenticeship Programmes offered by Renault Trucks

Renault Truck offer two Apprenticeship programmes in the following areas:

Heavy Vehicle Advanced Apprenticeship Programme – You’ll learn about all the latest technology, electronics, diagnosis and computer management systems. This Apprenticeship allows you to gain hands on experience as well as working towards a nationally recognised qualification with your mentor at the Renault Apprentice Academy who will be there to offer you support.

Aftersales Advanced Apprenticeship Programme – During this Apprenticeship, you’ll have a strong product and motor vehicle knowledge, effective customer service techniques, the ability to identify customers’ needs and exceed their expectations. You’ll also be dealing with all aspects of stock management. Most of your time will be spent learning on the job, under the guidance of a mentor while working towards a nationally recognised qualification as the Renault Apprentice Academy.
