Distribution and Fulfilment

Join Tesco on their distribution and fulfilment scheme and you’ll receive a salary of £28,000 while working in an exciting and fast-paced environment. To apply for this programme, you’ll need at least a 2:2. 

This programme will require you to be a quick thinker, problem solver and able to keep calm under pressure. During this scheme, you’ll learn about the product journey and you could soon be managing one of the transport, warehouse or distribution centres. From managing stock, interacting with stores and suppliers – you’ll find a wide variety in your role.


To be accepted onto the Tesco Graduate Scheme in finance, you’ll need a minimum of a 2:2 degree. As part of the finance team, you’ll be tackling a range of varied roles and gaining plenty of experience so you can thrive. During this scheme, you’ll be supported throughout and will gain a CIMA qualification. 

Working in finance enables you to make a big impact on the Tesco business! You could be working in one of the following roles, Investor Relations and Audit, Group Reporting and Product Finance.

The Tesco Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to gain transferable skills and exposure to work experience. Your tasks may include working on strategic projects or helping to create reports for the leadership team.

During your time working in the supply chain, you will rotate around different aspects of the business so you gain a full understanding and knowledge of the industry. To be accepted onto this graduate scheme you will need a 2:2. 

Technology Programme 

During the Tesco Graduate Scheme in Technology, you will be earning £32,000 while really hitting the ground running and getting involved in real projects. Not only will you be developing your own programme skills but you’ll also be influencing stakeholders, communicating effectively and managing challenges.

Technology Cyber Security

The technology cyber security graduate scheme at Tesco supports your development right from the word go! You’ll be key to protecting the data and systems as Tesco while also building your skills as you work on real projects.

To be accepted onto this graduate scheme you will need a 2:2 degree, bags of passion and an interest in quality coding, in return, you’ll be given a starting salary of £32,000.
