• Apprentice Mortgage Account Manager – You’ll help customers choose the right choices for them. Getting a mortgage is an exciting but highly confusing time for customers and you’ll be there to offer them the support they need and to answer any questions.
• Apprentice Contact Centre Representative – Do you want to meet customers' expectations? You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and will investigate and resolve queries.
• Apprentice Customer Service Representative – You’ll pass on mortgage leads once you’ve checked their eligibility, established customer needs and helped them to choose the right product for them
• Apprentice Customer Consultant – You’ll offer all the retail products (except mortgages) to customers and ensure they are fully informed about the products and services.
