What does a traineeship involve?

If you’ve not already got an English and Maths qualification, then your training provider will support you in gaining them.
Traineeships can last anything from 1 week to 6 months it all depends on what you’re looking to get out of one and the traineeship will be tailored to you and the business.
Will I get paid for doing a traineeship?
Your employer isn’t required to pay you during your traineeship, but some will pay your travel and meal costs and you might be eligible for financial support.
