Mace Group

I chose Mace because they are known for having a great apprenticeship scheme. They offered Project management apprenticeships in consultancy and have worked on big projects in the UK. They also have a global presence which really intrigued me. In the recruitment process, I had a good experience. There was a lot of communication, with friendly emails. I am a Project Assistant, and I am assisting my Line Manager is all his projects.

I worked on a Territory Research Report that was for Greece. I was also able to connect with the Mace Greece Team as they helped me with the report. At Mace, there are many opportunities to get involved whether it is in a working group or network like Women at Mace or Ethnic Diversity at Mace. I attend those meetings monthly. I can fully express myself here.
