Audit Consultant Graduate - As an audit consultant graduate at Santander, you’ll be given plenty of learning and development opportunities and the chance to be equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to succeed. You’ll combine comprehensive training with on the job learning, enabling you to build the confidence you need to maximise your true potential.

As an audit consultant graduate at Santander, you’ll have Santander’s customers' best interests at heart. To do this you’ll need to keep up to date with internal control, governance frameworks and risks. The Santander graduate scheme as an audit consultant gives you the chance to learn everything you need to know about compliance and assessing the reliability of operational information. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping Santander’s good reputation intact by providing independent assurance across the business.

This graduate scheme enables you to rotate around different areas of the business, you can expect to gain exposure to the following:

Where will I work? - This graduate scheme is based in London, at Sanders Ludgate Hill or Triton Square offices. However, Santander are responsible for auditing the business worldwide so you’ll also get the opportunity to travel!

What do I need to apply for the Santander Graduate Scheme? - Do you have the confidence to share insights and embrace new challenges? Do you have the ability to work to tight deadlines? From working with the latest technology to embracing change, you’ll need excellent numerical and writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

For this role, you’ll need a 2:1 degree in any subject including STEM and 112 UCAS points (3 A Levels, this excludes General Studies and Extended Projects).

Corporate and Commercial Banking Programme - Join the Santander Corporate and Commercial Banking scheme and you’ll have the chance to become a leader in the making. From day one, you’ll be equipped with the skills and opportunities needed to maximise your true potential. This programme really does give you the chance to hit the ground running, you’ll have real responsibilities and will build strong and meaningful relationships with Santander’s Corporate, SME and Institutional customers.

You’ll work towards understanding their aspirations and help to fulfil them. From developing your technical knowledge to building skills and rewarding relationships, your position will firmly focus on the customer. On a day to day basis, your job role will include:

• Working alongside sector experts

• Building strong customer relationships
• Developing concise insights into different services and business areas
• Becoming a leader in the making
• Where will I be working?
• You could be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cambridge, Bristol, Oxford or London, with the opportunity to move every six months. This graduate scheme will give you coverage of a range of customer-facing teams, such as, Corporate & Commercial, Credit Risk function, International Trade and Working Capital, Growth Capital, Structured Finance, Digital Transformation, Capital Management or Real Estate Finance.

What do I need to apply? - To apply for this graduate scheme, you will need a 2:1 in any subject and 112 UCAS points. You’ll also need to have a high level of numerical, listening and writing skills.

Finance Santander Graduate Scheme - Do you love working with numbers? A finance graduate scheme at Santander could be the right career path for you after graduation. From day one, you’ll be given responsibilities, comprehensive training and the opportunities to excel in a career you’re passionate about.

From reporting to forecasting, you’ll gain experience across all areas of finance where you’ll work towards becoming a professional accountant. You’ll gain a sound understanding of how important finance is to a business, you’ll be:

• As a finance graduate at Santander, you will be based at one of their offices in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes or Leicester.

What do I need to apply? - To be accepted onto the Santander Finance Graduate Scheme, you’ll need a 2:1 in any degree discipline along with 112 UCAS points. You will need excellent numerical and writing skills, as well as strong communication skills. If you’re passionate about keeping up with the latest finance trends and driven to learn then this could be your dream match.

Retail Graduate Scheme - Join the retail graduate scheme at Santander and you’ll develop on the job learning supported by comprehensive training to help you to develop your skills, confidence and experience within retail. The retail and business banking graduate scheme is all about helping you to gain the know-how to help customers understand financial services. If you’re looking for diversity then this could be the opportunity for you. As part of this graduate scheme, you will be:

• Working in a customer facing role
• Identifying customer requirements and providing solutions
• Developing skills, experience and knowledge
• Where will I work?
• At the start of your career journey, you’ll be based in one of Santander’s branches or contact office. After your six month placement, you’ll then be based at one of their main head offices in London, Leicester or Milton Keynes.

What do I need to apply? - To apply, you’ll need a 2:1 and 112 UCAS points. You’ll also need to be an effective communicator with excellent written and numerical skills.
