Founded in 2007, Queen Margaret University (QMU) is a non-profit public institution located in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, Scotland, with an additional campus in Singapore. Officially recognized by the Privy Council, QMU is a small, coeducational university with an enrollment of around 3,000–4,000 students.
QMU offers a variety of accredited programs, including pre-bachelor’s qualifications (such as certificates, diplomas, and foundation degrees), as well as bachelor's, master’s, and doctoral degrees across several fields of study. The university follows a selective admissions process based on academic performance, with an acceptance rate of 40-49%, making it moderately competitive. International students are welcome to apply.
