Founded in 1882, the Royal College of Music (RCM) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the heart of London, a thriving metropolis with a population exceeding 5 million. Officially recognized by the Privy Council, RCM is a very small, coeducational institution with an enrollment of 500 to 999 students.
RCM offers a variety of programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, including pre-bachelor's awards (such as certificates, diplomas, foundation degrees), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and doctoral qualifications, all focused on the art of music.
