Established in 2006, the University of Bedfordshire is a public, non-profit higher education institution located in the urban centre of Luton, a city in the East of England with a population between 250,000 and 499,999. The university also operates branch campuses in Bedford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, and Luton itself.
