The best feature of my course was a combination of outstanding lecturers and freedom to pursue the things I found interesting: The lecturers were passionate and knowledgeable about their subjects and placed an emphasis on approaching subjects from different directions, and with an open mind.
Within a small cohort this enthusiasm led to almost everyone on the course being engaged in discussions while the lecturer’s openness and approachability allowed essays to be tailored around specific elements of the past.
This open discussion and encouragement of personal interests enabled me to find my own passions and, importantly, to develop them – which for me was the best element of my time at Chichester.
