University of Hertfordshire
Founded in 1992, the University of Hertfordshire (UH) is a public, non-profit higher education institution located in the suburban town of Hatfield, in the East of England, with an additional campus in nearby St Albans. Officially recognized by the Privy Council, UH is a large coeducational university with an enrollment of approximately 15,000 to 19,999 students.
The university offers a wide range of academic programs leading to officially recognized qualifications—including pre-bachelor’s awards (certificates, diplomas, and foundation degrees), as well as bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees across a variety of subject areas.
With a selective admissions process based on academic performance, UH welcomes students from around the world into a diverse and supportive learning environment. The university also provides a wealth of academic and student support services, including libraries, accommodation, sports facilities, financial aid and scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, online learning opportunities, and comprehensive administrative support.
