About CITB Apprenticeships
An Apprenticeship with CITB will last between two and four years depending on the level of qualification you’re working towards. This is a perfect way to gain hand on experience whilst developing skills required to kick start a successful career in your chosen discipline. During your time as an apprentice with CITB you’ll receive an abundance of support and guidance.
What type of Apprenticeship can I do with CITB?
Construction Building (Level 2/3) – Covered by this framework are the following: painting and decorating, maintenance operations, bricklaying and craft masonry, carpentry, joinery, shop fitting and wood machining.
Civil Engineering (Level 2/3) – Included in this framework are: form work, highway maintenance, plant or machinery, tunnelling operations, concrete occupations, road building, steel fixing.
Construction Specialists (Level 2/3) – This includes: accessing and rigging, cladding/wall/floor/tiling, fitted interiors, mastic asphalting, plastering, roofing, stone masonry, plastering, plumbing.
Technical, Supervision and Management (Level 3)
