As a Health and Social Care apprentice you will advocate, enable and support people to make positive changes to their lives. No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.
No one can help everyone but everyone can help someone, that should always be your main focus. You should be compassionate in everything you do.
Being a health and social worker is a highly rewarding career, presenting one of the truest opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. It’s all about helping people. Apprenticeships in healthcare are about helping people who are having problems with their health, it could be age, physical difficulties or mental difficulties. Careers in social care are concerned with helping vulnerable people in the community and providing them with support so that they can benefit from a much more improved way of life.
