Learn more about Arcadis’ story, who they are, what they do and what their visions are.

Throughout this session the Arcadis team discuss their work in the design and consultancy industry for natural and built assets. Covering their key business areas, their strategy and how sustainability is at the heart of everything they do.

The team share their stories, experiences, opportunities and what it means to them to work for Arcadis.

Early Career Opportunities

In this event, you’ll also get the chance to find out more about the range of early career opportunities with Arcadis. Including information on their work experience weeks, graduate programmes and apprenticeships.

The team also dispel the myths regarding apprenticeships and discuss the numerous benefits of taking an apprenticeship.

Hear from Existing Apprentices and Graduates

For our event with Arcadis, we were joined by employees from their graduate and apprenticeship programmes. The team shared their experiences with us, discussing their journey so far, some of the opportunities they’ve been involved with, their plans for the future and also shared some exclusive application and career hints and tips.

We were joined by:

Sarah Emes – Graduate Bridge Engineer 

Graduate Bridge Engineer for the Manchester office since 2019. Office Lead for Engineers of the Future to help other Graduates succeed.

Sophie Hendrie – Apprentice Cost Consultant

Apprentice Cost Consultant for DLI (Development Led Infrastructure) team based in the Bristol office.  I chair APC Centre of Excellence presentations to help people on their APC journey to chartership.

Liam Everett – Apprentice Engineer

Apprentice engineer in the rail structures team based in the Birmingham office. EngTech accredited with the Institution of Civil Engineers, currently on a level 6 civil engineering apprenticeship scheme.

Rachel Craven – Graduate Environmental Consultant

Graduate Environmental Consultant since Sep 2019 based in Bristol within the EHSA and Carbon and Advisory Team.

Q&A Session

As always, our Live Events feature a Q&A session for attendees to put their questions to the experts and existing apprentices. 

During the Arcadis event the audience got the chance to ask their questions to the Arcadis team, as we covered a range of topics and FAQs regarding early year career opportunities, application hints and tips and general guidance and advice to help towards a successful application.
