Arcadia Apprenticeships combine on the job training with off the job study allowing you to gain experience, highly sought skills and industry related qualifications. During an Apprenticeship with Arcadia you’ll work within a merchandising role where you will provide admin support, analyse data and pinpoint trends, allocate stock, monitor and review sales.

Arcadia Apprenticeships Application Process
First, you’ll need to apply online via the Arcadia website and upload your CV and covering letter. Check out Arcadia’s CV tips before doing so. Then you’ll be invited to an insight day where you’ll learn more about Arcadia and get to meet the people who could potentially be your colleagues. You will then participate in a video interview, so Arcadia can get to know a little more about you. The final stage is to attend an assessment centre where you’ll do a numeracy test and then wait until you receive a phone call regarding whether you got the Apprenticeship or not.
