What do Franklin College Apprenticeships involve?
Franklin College Apprenticeships involve a work-based learning package that combines on the job training with academic study and enables you to develop highly sought skills and real life work experience while gaining a nationally recognised qualification specific to the industry you’re passionate about pursing a career within.
Franklin College offer a broad range of Apprenticeships which includes the following:
Business and Admin – As a business admin apprentice you’ll be carrying out admin duties which can include using IT, document production, handling post, filing, using office machines etc.
Supporting teaching and learning in schools – During this Apprenticeship you’ll develops the skills and knowledge required to provide efficient support for teachers and pupils as part of learning programmes while working with children and young people. This Apprenticeship is available at level 2 and level 3.
Accounting (AAT) – Are you passionate about starting a career in accounting or finance? As an accounting apprentice you’ll learn a range of skills and experience relevant to the accounting industry. This Apprenticeship is available at level 2 and level 3.
Children and Young People’s Workforce – This apprenticeship is the first step to a career in child care for children aged 4 and under. As an apprentice in this area you’ll be supporting the development of children while working towards a level 2 and level 3 qualification.
